    Permission is granted to Registered Users to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the web site of Acorn Credentialing Solutions, Inc. (“Acorn”) for personal use only. A Registered User shall not permit any corporation, partnership, or other type of legal entity, other than an authorized individual, to become a Registered User and receive access to the materials.     TERMINATION
    Acorn may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your Registered account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Acorn Credentialing Solutions, Inc. ("Acorn") is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service. Our Privacy Policy applies only to our website and not other websites you might access from our site.     We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information."  Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you.

  2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

    Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with others who are performing services for Acorn or you in accordance with the Service. In general, the Personal Information you provide is used to help communicate with you.

    In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Acorn service and customize the user experience.  We also aggregate Non-Personal Information.  This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to others.
